RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

1. RETURNS

We accept returns on unopened and damaged merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be in original, sealed packaging and unused to be eligible for return.
Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned.
Sale items marked "Final Sale" or "Sale" are not eligible for return unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless we made an error.

2. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we'll make it right.

Email us at support@jawsfragrance.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.
Do not ship any items back without first receiving a Return Authorization (RMA#) and return address from us.
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or full refund depending on availability.

3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Email support@jawsfragrance.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with your RMA# and return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

4. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@jawsfragrance.com.
