1. SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES
Thank you for shopping with us! We want your order to arrive quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policies below so you know exactly what to expect when you place an order.
· Order processing within 2 business days of the order.
· Shipping is 3 to 5 business days within the continental United States
· All items are free shipping.
· Please Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. For example, an order placed Monday with Standard Shipping may arrive Thursday through the following Wednesday (1–2 days processing + 3–5 business day shipping).
2. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status.

3. Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we ship to the lower 48 U.S. states. Please note the following restrictions:
• We currently do not ship to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.). We are working to expand our coverage soon!
• We do not ship internationally at this time.
• Multiple items in a single order will be shipped together whenever possible. If items are not available at the same warehouse, they may arrive in separate packages.
4. LOST STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
We take the safety of your order seriously. If there is an issue with your delivery, please follow the steps below:
If your package is marked delivered but you haven't received it:
• Check around your property, with neighbors, or in a secure location (porch, mailbox, garage).
• Wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered prematurely.
• Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number.
• If still unresolved, contact us at support@jawsfragrance.com within 5 days of the marked delivery date.
If your package arrives damaged:
• Take photos of the damaged packaging and item(s) immediately.
• Email us at support@jawsfragrance.com with your order number and photos within 5 days of delivery.
• We will arrange for a replacement or refund depending on item availability.
5. RETURNS
We accept returns on damaged and unopened merchandise.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or store credit.
• Take a picture of the damaged merchandise and send it to support@jawsfragrance.com. One of our customer service members will be in touch.
• Fragrances must be in original, sealed packaging to be eligible for return.
• Sale items marked "Final Sale" and or “Sale” are not eligible for return unless damaged
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

7. HOLIDAY AND PEAK SEASON SHIPPING
During major holidays and peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Valentine's Day, etc.), processing and shipping times may be longer than usual due to high order volume and carrier delays.
• We strongly recommend placing orders at least 10–14 days before a holiday to ensure on-time delivery.
• We are not responsible for carrier delays during peak periods but will do our best to communicate any known delays.
